I was really disappointed with my experience at Binh’s Nails Northwest. I came in excited to try a new salon, but unfortunately that won’t be happening. I called ahead for a gel fill and was quoted $55. When I arrived, I was told it would be $75 and that this was the only way they would do it. When I questioned the price difference and tried to understand my options, the technician spoke to me rudely, repeatedly rolled her eyes, and sighed whenever I asked a question. It was clear she was frustrated because I wasn’t willing to pay for a service I had never requested. What upset me the most was that the staff spoke about me in Vietnamese, assuming I wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately, I do understand Vietnamese, and hearing negative comments being made about me while I was sitting there was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. When I was told that if I wasn’t happy I could leave, I did exactly that. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The poor customer service, inconsistent pricing, and lack of respect mean I won’t be returning or recommending this salon.

I had one of the worst experiences at this nail salon. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. The employees spent more time talking to each other than actually doing my nails. My nail tech kept stopping to chat, then started using her phone while I was sitting right in front of her waiting. I felt completely ignored. When I politely asked her to file one of my nails a little more because it wasn’t even, she handed me the nail file and said, “You do it yourself, you know better.” At the end of my appointment, because I still wasn’t happy with the shape, she gave me the file to take home and told me to fix them myself if I didn’t like them. I paid for a professional service, not to finish the job myself. The polish kept shrinking, the shape and length of my nails don’t match, and the color was applied poorly. The final result looked rushed and uneven. To make matters worse, when I went back hoping they would fix the issues, I was told they wouldn’t fix my nails unless I removed my review first. Instead of trying to resolve the problem professionally, I felt like I was treated badly for speaking up about my experience. I gave this salon a chance to make things right, but I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I always go to see Jenny for my pedicures and it’s always a great experience! She’s very thorough and takes her time. Recently went to her for gel nails and she did exactly what I wanted! Would highly recommend Jenny if you go!

Jenny did my nails so well! Perfect length, application and she’s so efficient, and gentle! It only took her 30 mins to do my nails and she did them so well. She did the design better than the inspo pic and I’m so happy with them. All the staff here are welcoming and are great at what they do. They are all very talented and I will be coming back! I recommend this place to everyone. I am in-love with my nails and overall a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Jenny at Binh’s Nails. She was kind, gentle, and incredibly efficient—finishing both my manicure and pedicure in just an hour and a half without ever making it feel rushed. Her attention to detail and calm presence made the entire appointment relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for someone who’s both skilled and caring.
